Book and borrow
We have assets and resources available to lend you for your next event. These
resources help showcase the involvement and support of Community Bank South
Coast for your Community Investment Project. The library of assets can be
booked according to your event and are available to be collected and returned to the branch at 83 Princes Hwy, Milton. There is no cost to borrow the equipment.
Please ensure materials are displayed to maximise the exposure of our
organisation at your event and notify us immediately of any damage to assets
while in your care.
To ensure availability, we ask you to return the asset/s promptly the day after your event. You can use our online booking system to register your details and book banners, marquees and other available support equipment.
One-day borrow only
At present the system only allows for a one-day hire (24 hours). However, this will change by mid-2025, when we will have the ability to book for 2 days and over weekends.
