Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to mutually resolve the dispute. If this is not achievable, the parties agree to mediation in accordance to the rules of the Resolution Institute Australia, prior to instituting any Court proceedings and this is an essential term of this Agreement.
The Services provided by WFSL are provided in Australia and in the event of any unsettled dispute arising out of or in relation to the Terms and Conditions of the Website or Services, it will be exclusively determined by the jurisdiction and Courts of NSW, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms are found by a Court of competent jurisdiction or Arbitrator appointed by Resolution Institute Australia to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, such provision will be modified to the full extent of the law to achieve the intention of the provision. In the event that a Court or Arbitrator finds the amended provision invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be expunged from the Terms but this will not affect the remaining provisions which remain binding and effective”

Marketing Communications
We like to send email, SMS, messaging or mail communication from time to time with helpful information about our programs and services. However, we only want to communicate with you, if you wish to hear from us. You can click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email communication and opt out at any time. We will update this information on our database to include ‘do not contact’ against your details.
If you do not wish to receive any other communication from us at any time, contact us in writing via our website, email, social media platforms or by unsubscribing from the channel.
Electronic Data We Collect
WFSL automatically collects information to track user numbers and frequency of visitors to our website and social media platforms.
